What we do
Institutes issue qualifications and log CPD — courses, certificates, ongoing professional development — for the people who've earned or completed them. SureTrust360 gives every one of those a permanent, public home: a trust report page, a downloadable certificate, and a QR code, all pointing back to the same underlying record. Learners get a single wallet showing everything they hold, across every institute that's issued to them. Employers, clients and other institutes can check any of it in seconds, without an account and without asking anyone's permission.
How verification works
The database record is the qualification — the certificate, the badge and the public page are all just representations of it, generated from the same source rather than independent documents that can quietly drift apart or be edited after the fact. Every qualification is cryptographically signed by its issuing institute at the moment it's issued, so its core details — who it was awarded to, for what, and when — can be verified independently, not just taken on trust. Scan the QR code on a certificate, open its public link, or look up its reference number on our verify page — all three lead to the same live, current record, including its status if it's since expired, been renewed or been revoked.
What we care about
Verifiable, not just visible
Anyone can put a badge on a webpage. We focus on the part that actually matters — proving a qualification is genuine, current and really came from the institute it claims to.
Private by default
Learners control what's public. A reference number alone is never enough to see anyone's personal details — it only confirms a qualification's current status and links to the full record if its owner has chosen to share it.
One record, never rewritten
Qualifications are never deleted and never quietly edited. Corrections and renewals create a new, re-signed version — the full history stays intact.
Built on UK infrastructure
Data is hosted in the UK. We're built for institutes and professional bodies who need a qualification system they can trust with their reputation, not just their records.
